Terms & Conditions

Rates shown are valid from November 1, 2009 through November 30, 2010 or until superseded by another publication. All prices are quoted per person in US Dollars and are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing (November 2009). The rates are subject to change without prior notification, if major currency fluctuation and/or unforeseen economic circumstances so necessitate.

Hotels / Accommodation
As specified in itineraries or similar. All accommodations are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with a private bath or shower. Single rooms, if available, are at supplement. Please note that some hotels on certain islands and in the countryside reflect a simpler standards than hotels in Athens. In small towns visited on excursions, the best hotels available are used (mixed categories). Rates include service charges and taxes. reserves the right to substitute any hotel with another of similar category prior to departure or during the package.

Meals
As specified in itinerary (B=breakfast, L=Iunch, D=dinner). Breakfast in Greece: Continental or American style. Included lunches or dinners are fixed menu (table d'hotel). On multi day cruises, all meals are included. All meals are included on the Mediterranean cruises.

Transfers / Transportation
Transfers between airport / piers / hotels are included as per package itinerary, provided that the passengers do not alter their arrival or departure dates. Otherwise, passengers should make separate transfer arrangements either on their own or through at an extra cost. Depending on the size of the group, land transportation may be effected by private car, van, mini-bus or full-size air-conditioned motorcoach.

Baggage
On all tours, porterage is limited to one normal-sized piece per person. Total dimensions may not exceed 106 inches combined measurement (height + length + depth). No one piece may exceed 62 inches. On overnight motorcoach excursions it is recommended that each passenger carry only one suitcase and a carry-on piece of luggage. or its authorized representatives cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to baggage or belongings. Baggage insurance is strongly recommended.

Sightseeing and Tours
All, tours as described in itinerary, will be provided aboard a deluxe air-condition motorcoach, with an English speaking guide. All entrance fees included. Some places may charge an additional fee to allow visitors to take photographs. At times, some of the features described may be temporarily unavailable due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances: or, during local or national holidays abroad, access to certain facilities, such as museums, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited. In such instances and wherever possible, itinerary adjustments are made by to minimize the inconvenience to our customers.

Greek Cruises
Fully air-conditioned ships. All cabins with private facilities. All tour packages based on cruise category as follows: Inside Cabin, 2 lower berths. Upgrades to higher categories on the ship can be offered upon request at a supplement.

Passenger Documentation
The passenger's acceptance of the passenger ticket contract constitutes acceptance of the conditions and information in this brochure. Each passenger should also be aware that there might be some variation from the original itinerary on any cruise or land tour

Reservations and Deposits
A deposit of 30% per booking is required to consider your reservation 'firm'. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure. In some cases, such as heavy cruise sailing dates, full payment maybe required immediately. Payment for bookings made 25 days or less prior to departure must be paid in full by cash, credit card, or bank check only. If express document shipment is required due to late payment, the expense shall be borne by the passenger. A $70.00 processing fee will be charged for bookings made within ten days before departure date, as well as for any changes after your initial booking has been confirmed.

Credit Card Payments
Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) may be accepted for payment.

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a $200.00 per person handling and administration fee. Additionally, cancellations received less than 45 days prior to departure are subject to additional penalties (levied by suppliers), shown below.

Refunds
Any claim must be fully documented and submitted in writing to , within 10 days after your return. No refund can be issued abroad. In all cases of refund, the amount will reflect any expenses incurred by , cruise lines or tour operators. No refunds will be considered for unused parts of the program.

Important Notes

Not Included in Package Prices
Features that are not specifically mentioned in this document are not included. These include items of a personal nature, tips, passports, visas, visa-handling fees, baggage insurance, laundry, alcoholic beverages, mineral waters, after-dinner coffees or teas, or food other than specified meals etc. Domestic air transportation within any country is not included unless specified in itinerary. Also not included are shore excursions during Greek cruises, port taxes, or high season cruise supplements.

Possible Changes
reserves the right to substitute any hotel or cruise ship listed with one of similar category. Tour and cruise companies reserve the right to modify their itineraries. No refund can be considered in the event of absence or deviation from the tour, unless specific arrangements have been made at the time of booking the tour. Accidents en route may require trip interruption; Unexpected and unforeseen local conditions beyond the control of may force the company to alter or curtail the itinerary of the tour in order to secure the passenger's safety health and enjoyment. In such cases, will endeavor to provide comparable substitutes or to effect refunds; any savings realized for such changes will be passed on to the traveler and any resultant expenses will be borne by the traveler. strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance (accident, baggage, trip interruption, etc.) which can be obtained through either or your travel agent.

Responsibility
act only as agents for the various companies, owners or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodations and other services. All terms and conditions under which means of transportation or other services are offered or provided, and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets, shall be deemed to be consent to further condition that shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means or transportation or other services or any loss, injury or damages to, or in respect of any person or property however caused or arising, or to be otherwise responsible for any damages for any other cause whatsoever. No cruise line is to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are abroad their ship. The passenger's ticket in use by cruise line, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the cruise line and the purchasers of the tickets and/or passenger.

Neither nor its affiliates or representatives shall be liable or responsible for any additional expenses nor liability sustained or occurred by the tour member as a result of any of the foregoing causes. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour member. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers is not on aboard its own conveyance. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice and to decline, accept, or retain any participant as a member of these tours at any time. The right is reserved until the time of departure to change the rates and fares referred to in this brochure without prior notification due to changes in current tariffs, fluctuation of exchange rates or fuel surcharges. All disputes and matters shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in Columbus Ohio, USA to the exclusion of the courts of any other county or state. The issuance and acceptance of ticket and/ or other documents in connection with a service provided by is considered acceptance of the above terms.

In view of statutory or contractual limitations that may apply to personal injury or property damage losses, THE PURCHASE OF COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Health Considerations and Disclosure Requirements
If you have a physical disability, mental or other medical condition that must require special attention or treatment, this must be reported to and the cruise line in writing at the time you make your reservation. All passengers must be self-sufficient. Any disabled passenger must travel with a companion during the tour and / or cruise and in case of emergency. All expenses which may be incurred as a result of any physical disability, mental condition or other medical condition shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Disabled passengers and companions must sign a statement releasing and the cruise line of any and all responsibility associated with their disability relative to the use of shipboard facilities and in the event of any emergency.

Privacy Policy
All client, credit card and payment data is securely handled in strictest confidence. holds your privacy in high regard and no information is sold to other companies. No information is shared beyond the point necessary to provide the requested service. Please note that for certain Services (i.e. tours, cruises), some passenger/client information (such as names and passport numbers) has to be provided to the Service Provider, as required by Law.

FORCE MAJEURE
may be released of its obligations or suspend performance thereof and can not be legally or financially responsible in the event that it should be impossible to carry them out due to force majeure; force majeure may involve - without been limited to - total or partial destruction of establishments, strikes, social unrest, acts of God, or anything beyond control. In such a case is not obliged to return payments or deposits already received for the services that is unable to provide. In such a case no compensation claims can or will be filed by the client(s) to cause any financial or other legal obligation or liability.
